  • Drawing, circa 1830. Meskwaki, Pictograph, ink on paper. Hunting scenes; three war scenes believed to be autobiographical; fishing scenes. It is believed this was given to George Davenport by Wacochachi. It likely came from the Davenport family to the Historical Department/State Historical Museum of Iowa. Found during library inventory in 1973 in edition of McKenney and Hall's History of North American Indians.
