  • Safe Pass. These passes were dropped by planes behind enemy lines. Written in Chinese or Korean. They urge the enemy (NKPA) North Korean Peoples Army to surrender to the UN and receive medical attention and better living conditions. Picked up north of the 38th Parallel in North Korea, circa April-May 1951. 5" x 7.875". #1046. Written in English, Korean and Chinese. 4 drawings of men surrendering under safe conduct passes. To be treated "As an honorable Prisoner of War", signed by Douglas McArthur
